This jam created in collaboration between CONFITURE PARISIENNE x À Paris, chez Antoinette Poisson is inspired by her story: King Louis XV had a pastry created for his sweetheart, the Puits d'Amour, a cake topped with the finest jam. This jelly is made from redcurrants and raspberries, and is flavoured with violets.
