The LifeStraw filter from CamelBak takes care of hydration on the go. Water is filtered twice to remove bacteria, parasites and microplastics and reduce lead, bad taste, chlorine and other unwanted chemicals - for a steady stream of clean and safe hydration. The Eddy + drinking straw closure is easy to swallow and leak-proof when open and easy to carry when closed. It is compatible with the Eddy + drinking bottle with a capacity of 600 ml.
Two filtration stages:
Stage 1: Hollow fibre membrane removes 99.999999% of bacteria (E. Coli etc.), 99.999% of protozoa (Giardia Cryptosporidium etc.) and 99.999% of microplastic. It filters 4,000 litres (1,000 gallons).
Stage 2: Ion exchange filter, reduces chlorine and lead, unpleasant odour and taste, as well as organic chemical substances (pesticides, herbicides). It filters 100 litres (25 gallons).
