I. Dates of competition

The competition begins on Monday 12 August 2019 at 9.00 a.m. and ends on Sunday 25 August 2019 at midnight. The winner selection will take place within 10 days of the contest end.

III. Elegibility

This competition is open to Switzerland residents aged 18 and over.

Each eligible entrant must have a valid email address.

Each eligible entrant may enter only once.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase chances of winning.

The competition is not open to Brunschwig & Cie SA employees and their family members.

By entering this competition, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to these rules.

IV. The prize

Each winner will be awarded one pair of sunglasses of their choice, among the Bongénie Grieder selection. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. There will be no cash redemption through refunds made.

One prize will be awarded for the e-shop, one for Instagram and one for the Bongénie and Grieder stores.

V. How to enter (stores and e-shop)

Entrants should give their contact for a chance to win and be automatically entered into the competition.

“Name” and “email” fields must be completed.

Entrants will have to accept or refuse to receive Bongénie Grieder emails and newsletters. Accepting is not necessary to enter or win and will not increase your chances of winning.

Entries received after the date and time of competition will not be accepted.

VI. How to enter (Instagram)

Entrants should follow the Instagram account @bongeniegrieder. They need to like the competition picture and tag a friend.

Entries sent after August 25 at midnight will not be accepted.

VII. Determination of winners

The winners will be randomly selected.

VIII. Winners information

Brunschwig & Cie SA will contact the winners.

The winners of the stores and e-shop will receive a message at the email address mentioned on their submission form. The Instagram winner will be contacted through a private message on Instagram.

If you are not the winner of the giveaway you will not receive a message to alert you to this fact.

Brunschwig & Cie SA will not accept responsibility for any computer problem that prevented or disrupted the notification of participation or reception of the confirmation message (spam, network, insufficient space in entrant’s email account to receive email, vriuses, computer failures…).

IX. Claim of prize

The winner for the Bongénie and Grieder stores will collect their prize in the store in which they participated. The e-shop and Instagram winners will receive their prize at the postal address they will communicate to Bongénie Grideer through email or Instagram private messages exchanges.

If the winner fails to respond to the notification email from Brunschwig & Cie SA after 10 days, Brunschwig & Cie SA reserves the right to withdraw such prize.

X. Special conditions relating to Instagram

It is forbidden for the entrant to publish or post any obscene, defamatory content, in violation with the intellectual property rights.

The entrant agrees to comply with all the conditions of use of the Instagram application and website, available here: https://help.instagram.com.

Brunschwig & Cie SA has the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to interfere with the contest, including with the use of robots or any automated process.

XI.Data protection and privacy policy

Any personal data in connection with this competition will be used solely for the purpose of competition administration. They will remain confidential and will not be passed to third parties. We guarantee all entrants the strict respect of data protection laws.
